DIETICIAN  Naomi Malcolm will be commencing practice in our surgery January 2024. Specialising in Diabetes, weight loss, Nutritional needs and more.  Bulk Billing all patients with EPCs and Veterans. Please call her on 49532532 to arrange an appointment to see her at the surgery or speak with your doctor to arrange a referral.

APPOINTMENTS If you fail to cancel an appointment without notice (<3hrs) or not have a valid reason for not attending, the practice will charge a $40 non refundable fee for failing to attend.

ABUSE This practice does not tolerate Violent, abusive or threatening behaviour.  This includes physical and verbal abuse and discrimination (RACISIM, sexism etc.)

As a result of this you will be asked to leave the practice and find alternative care.

SCRIPTS & REFERRALS  All scripts including repeat scripts and referrals will require an appointment with a GP.

This Practice does not prescribe any Medications of addiction including ENDONE and OXYCONTIN.
